This Spanish language workout series was directed by Edward Mailhot and featured a cast of Latin fitness models leading the home audience through a variety of strength and cardio workouts. Each season of the two year show featured 26 episodes, and were shot at resorts in Acapulco, Mexico and Cozumel, Mexico. Each series took 8 consecutive days of 3 camera live-to-tape workout, along with months of pre-show rehearsals with the cast to be ready to capture all the needed segments. All crew and gear were flown in from the U.S. with some local logistics support from Mexican production coordinators.
